Norpoint Day October 3rd, 2026: 8am-4pm

Norpoint Day Event Details:

Date: October 3rd, 2026

Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Location: Meeker Middle School fields (4402 Nassau Ave NE, Tacoma, WA)

On the Meeker Middle School Soccer Fields, we will have bouncy inflatable toys sponsored by Jumpin' Joey's Party Rentals, but we also will need volunteers to supervise the two bouncy house rentals from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

All volunteers will receive a reward of 1 Norpoint water bottle, 1 Dick's cinch bag, 1 Red Robin Super Star Kids Award, and entry into a raffle drawing for each of these prizes: Costco $50 Gift Card, Beneath The Streets Underground Tour (4 passes), Melting Pot $75 Gift Card, and any other prizes that come in between now and Norpoint Day.

Jasmine, from Royale Princess Wishes, will be dressed as Rumi and ready to take pictures with players between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM.

Since many of you will be staying all or part of the day, we will have these options for vendors near our coach equipment shed: Metro Retro: Pokemon/ Trading Cards, Tiny Art Face Painting, Rebel Coffee, Alebrije Tacos, Jet's Pizza, Kona Ice, Browns Point Elementary PTA, Tru Delights Bakery, Lyra's Soaps (Kid Vendor), The Maker's Table (Kid Vendor).

We will have soccer games and team pictures throughout the day, along with vendors and prizes.

Every player who secures a donation of any amount will receive a Red Robin Super Star Award AND a Chick-fil-A Gift Card!

Prizes for fundraising will be given out ON NORPOINT DAY, October 3rd, 2026, between 8 am and 4 pm, unless you arranged to receive the prize at an alternate day/time/location with Grace DeWitt: Webmaster@norpointsoccer.org

Parents have already been emailed a registration email from noreply@notifications.givebacks.com, to the email address that you used to register your child for soccer. If you haven’t received an email from Givebacks regarding our Norpoint Day fundraiser, or would like to change the email that we are using for the fundraiser, please email Grace DeWitt at Webmaster@norpointsoccer.org so that she can update your email address in the system.

Once you have opened your player’s fundraising page, please take a moment and double-check your player’s fundraising goal. We have set everyone’s goal at $25, but please feel comfortable changing it to whatever your player chooses. The email you use to log in to the system is also the email that we will send you prize updates (for when your player wins a prize for fundraising).

Prize Distribution & Schedule

Week 1: (Donation Deadline: Sunday, September 13, 2026, at 7:00 PM)

The winner in each category is the player who is in the lead for fundraising at the date and time of the deadline. For the sake of ensuring that all players have an opportunity to win prizes, each player’s/team's fundraising totals will be considered reset after each collection deadline. While you can still view your player’s cumulative total, it is the fundraising achieved within each collection period that determines the winner for that specific prize period.

Micro Winner: Seattle Aquarium (4 tickets), Ice Cream Social ($25 gift card), Tiny Art Face Painting Gift Certificate for 1 hour of services, 1 Norpoint water bottle, 1 Dick's ball bag.

U7–U9 Winner: Dave & Buster's Prize Cup (with two $25 power cards), 2 guest passes to the Museum of Glass, Point Defiance Zoo Membership (for 2 adults and up to 5 children under 17), 1 Squishmallow, 1 Norpoint water bottle, 1 Dick's ball bag.

U10–U12 Winner: Museum of Flight (4 passes), Wanna Cupcake ($25 gift card), Enigma Escapes certificate (for 4), 1 Norpoint water bottle, 1 Dick's ball bag.

U13–U17+ Winner: 1st Metro Retro Trading Card Prize ($100 Value), $50 Farrelli's gift card, Farrelli's hat, Farrelli's shirt, 1 Norpoint water bottle, 1 Dick's ball bag.

Special U7-U11 Ride to School in a Fire Truck Prize: Awarded to the player who is in the lead for fundraising on Thursday, October 1st, 2026, at 7:00 PM. One player from the U7–U11 divisions wins a ride to school on a fire truck. Pierce County Fire District #13 will pick up the soccer player from home* in a fire engine and bring them to the drop-off area of their school*. One parent may ride as well if the student needs support. The student will ride in the front Officer's seat on the engine and will be seat-belted in. If they are comfortable with it, they can wear a headset so they may talk with the driver and listen to the dispatch center. The parent will ride in the Nozzle or Hydrant seat with a second Browns Point Firefighter. *This prize is only available to students who go to school at Browns Point Elementary, Crescent Heights Elementary, or Northeast Tacoma Elementary, AND live within the boundaries of those three schools. If the top fundraising U7-U11 player does not live within the boundaries of one of the three elementary schools, this prize will go to the next top fundraiser who lives within the boundaries of one of these three schools. As long as the student lives in NE Tacoma, Browns Point, or the Crescent Heights area and goes to one of the three elementary schools, this prize will go to them.

End-of-Fundraiser Grand Cumulative Prizes

Top Overall Cumulative Player: Rave Sounders Package (4 club-level tickets + player-autographed jersey), Cedar Irons Golf Club (round of golf for 2), Lobster Shop ($100 gift card), Seattle Symphony (2 seats to one of four preselected concert options), 1 Brown Bear Car Wash ticket, 1 Norpoint water bottle, 1 Dick's ball bag.* This prize is for the top fundraiser cumulatively over the entire 3-week fundraising period.

Top Team Prize #1*: Jet’s Pizza on Norpoint Day for the entire team + pizza gift cards for team coaches. (Every player/coach receives 1 water bottle and 1 ball bag).

Top Team Prize #2*: Kona Ice on Norpoint Day for the entire team. (Every player/coach receives 1 water bottle and 1 ball bag). *The Top Team Prizes are cumulative and will be awarded to the teams with the top CUMULATIVE funds raised over the entire 3-week period; if two teams tie for top team, then they will each receive Top Team Prize #1 and Top Team Prize #2 (which team gets which will be decided with a coin toss). If there is not a tie for Top Team, then the 1st place Top Team and second place Top Team will each get their respective awards.

Seattle Sounders forward Lamar Neagle previously played on the Norpoint Chivas Team alongside FC Olympia Principal Owner Ryan Perkins.
